CREATE Fertility

The team at care fertility were fantastic. Ivf felt overwhelming at the start but everyone in the team were so supportive and kind. They genuinely seemed to care about our journey. We faced some hurdles in our round but everything was explained clearly to us and at the end of our round we ended up with our wonderful little boy.

Our round was an nhs cycle with ICSI and we had to have a freeze all. A frozen embryo transfer wasn’t included in the NHS guidelines for our cycle but Create worked with the NHS so we could also have our embryo transferred in the funded cycle. I feel this team did everything they possibly could so that I could be a mom.

Simple amazing!! Every step of the way I’ve been well taken care of. A special thank you to my patient coordinator Jessica who has gone above and beyond every single time, without fail. And a huge thank you to Dr Ragu who made it his mission to help me get my beautiful babies.

They worked miracles. After years of fertility treatment I had my little boy after my first round of ivf there.

We had mild ivf with ICSI last year at Create Birmingham and we now have the most beautiful baby boy. I can’t thank all of the team at Create enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. They were even able to provide advice, support and medicine after I was discharged from their clinic as my GP was unable to help me. We were lucky enough for this to be a free NHS funded round and I won’t hesitate to use Create for any treatment rounds we have in the future.

Thank you to CREATE for making the impossible possible. It was a difficult journey however the medical and admin staff did a fantastic job and we received support when it was needed. Thank you CREATE.

We had treatment with Create already having had frozen embryos from another clinic to transfer. We found their prices more competitive so we moved our embryos, and also the option of paying in installments was an incentive for us. We had excellent care and treatment. As an older mum we had lower chances but we now have a three week old baby girl! We are so grateful to the team at Create.

Can’t praise the care team itself enough, from the nurses to the anaesthesiologists, they were kind, compassionate and helpful throughout my ivf journey. Less can be said about the admin side of things and our “so-called” patent coordinator, who was pretty much nonexistent until they wanted more money. Ignored or “lost” emails, miscommunication, hours on hold trying to speak to anyone, the whole experience was not something I have fond memories of causing us much distress at the time. Only upside of the whole ordeal is that I now have my perfect beautiful baby.

Would also like to add – it just proves how good communication is with Create – I was emailed requesting that I leave a review with promise of an Amazon gift voucher for doing so. Since leaving the original review my emails have been ignored and no gift voucher received. Hardly surprising though to be honest, Create only ever get in touch when they want something so clearly haven’t changed since I had my treatment 🙄

I had to leave a review simply because the staff and consultants who work at Solihull Create are amazing. My consultant Dr Deepali has gone above and beyond for me and my treatment. I’ve had many hurdles along the way but the time and effort she puts into her patients and keeping them informed and on board really shows. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, that being face to face and over emails&phone call. I’m really grateful I got put at this clinic for my treatment.
When I was in pain after complications after the egg retrieval the staff there seen me everyday for 7 days for pain management and the admin staff were also so concerned and helpful when it came to looking after me.
I am still undergoing treatment but my time here won’t be forgotten, a nerve wracking and scary situation becomes a little easier when you have friendly and understanding people around you and that is the staff at create.

I paid for a 3 cycle IUI with donor sperm, I was fortunate enough to get pregnant first cycle. I must say that I think the fact you don’t have any refunding of the remaining cycles to be extremely unfair. I have also not had any follow up discussions as to what I would like to do with my remaining sperm vials.
Even if they took the full amount of one cycle off the total and refunded some of it but they’re not open to this at all.
Secondly I called the clinic counsellor 4 times and left messages as I was struggling with my mental health and have still not received a call, despite a nurse asking them for urgent call back. Yet I can assure you when payment is needed they will be very quick to respond!
For the amount of money spent – £7k plus, I think the service and patient care exceeds nothing more than minimum expectation.

Note for the clinic. Please don’t respond with a white wash response and dismiss this genuine feedback.

Thinking back to the beginning of my fertility journey, i was so nervous, clueless and obviously the whole idea of trying to become pregnant was highly emotionally charged.
From the moment I rang Create i felt so much relief! They were there for me and my partner every step of the way. We attended the Birmingham clinic and everyone is friendly and efficient! Everything was done correctly and quickly. I felt so looked after!!
Obviously IVF is a stressful process, mind and body.. but Create made it as smooth as it can be. I cannot recommend them enough!!
I have a five month old son now, and i cannot thank Create enough!
My advice to anyone looking at starting the IVF process is to ring Create and get intouch with your local clinic, it will change your life! Create gave me my wildest dream to become a mother! Thank you.
