We have carried out fertility treatment at this clinic and the result has been satisfactory. Above all, we would highlight the professionalism of the entire team, from Doctor Paloma to Anabel or Cristina, who at all times have shown their availability to resolve our doubts and questions. We have achieved our dream and in the end that is the most important thing.

I am 46 years old, and this was my first pregnancy. My partner and I decided to undergo IVF. Amazingly, I was able to conceive and give birth to a healthy child with just one IVF procedure, using my own eggs and my partner’s sperm. While communication with the clinic was sometimes difficult, I placed my trust in the experts, and they delivered outstanding results. The care and expertise throughout the process were exceptional, and I’m incredibly grateful. What seemed impossible at my age became a reality. I highly recommend this to anyone in a similar situation!

Our experience has not been good and can be summarized as a waste of time and money.

It is fair to recognize that they have some good things such as the facilities, the patient care girls who are all wonderful and excellent professionals (especially Anabel), as well as the nurses. From there, everything changes.

In our opinion, it is a business that is clearly going at volume and with a clear lack of clinical leadership, where each doctor (because forget about only one doctor handling your case) has an opinion. Waiting times are on average 30 minutes, and then during the appointment they try to get you out as soon as possible (normal, they have a lot of patients waiting). For me, there is also a huge lack of personalized follow-up depending on the circumstance of each case, lack of attention to detail and anticipation. In our case, the clothing method, knowing that one would undergo the cycle and the other would be the surrogate, they did not examine the surrogate until the embryos were ready (something that could have been done at the beginning of the cycle, having saved us 3 months, because I had a fibroid that had to be removed).

Then we had two failed transfers. According to them, up to three failures are normal. This seemed to me to be an absolute lack of respect, professionalism, and knowledge of your patients and the process you are carrying out.

After the second failure we went to a clinic in Valencia, where in the first appointment alone they spent more than two hours on us (unthinkable in Tambre), and they looked at everything. They found that apart from having the uterus receding (so a curved cannula had to be used, and not the standard one they used there, which even caused pain), after removing the fibroid, there was a small scar left, which It also does not help the implementation. In Tambre, no one looked closely enough at the uterus after removing the fibroid to verify that it was in an optimal state for implantation. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t have qualified professionals with the knowledge to do it, because of business strategy, or why they may not have done something so critical correctly.

Fortunately, only 4 months after starting at the other clinic and on the first attempt, we are pregnant, and in just one cycle we have achieved the same number of eggs and embryos that we achieved in Tambre with two cycles, making us two years older, and better quality. The difference in laboratories is also evident.

Another big difference with the Valencia clinic is the transparency with everything, especially with the success rate. In Tambre I asked different people about the success rates, but no one tells you, and I have not seen it published on the web either (if they have it, I have not been able to find it), unlike other clinics where they have no problem in share this information.

In short, for us it has been a huge failure to have gone to this clinic and spent so much time (totally lost) with them, and of course a high financial expense that we could have saved, and that if it were up to them we would have continued making cycles and attempts. in vain, since they had no idea where the problem was.

I can only say that for me it has been a waste of money and, what is worse, time.
Lots of smiles and lots of kindness, but since your case is a bit difficult… they skip the topic and don’t pay you the attention that I think they should.
There were many times that I thought about changing clinics because of things that didn’t fit me, they asked me for tests from one day to the next; Find yourself, without prior notice, a place where they will give you a test or a specific medication on a holiday, without being from Madrid…(find your life)
Guess what, the eggs you already have are few and you should get more to have the option of getting embryos… out of 19 eggs they only got one suitable embryo? (get your life)
Having said from the beginning that I wanted to be a single mother, they did not recommend freezing embryos instead of eggs, which I now know I should have done…
Call with your period and we’ll make an appointment, there are no gaps…. (find your life)
The best thing was the attention of the nurses.
Surely there are those who have done well, but that was not my case.

Finally I went to another clinic and had my child, a happy ending, although not thanks to you.

Our experience with Clinica Tambre Madrid was very pleasant. From day one until now, I found everyone I needed to contact was very prompt in reply and extremely friendly. We are now parents of a lovely 5-month-old boy. During the IVF journey and during the early pregnancy, we had a lot of questions and concerns. Our journey together at the Tambre clinic has just ended in the best possible way with the birth of our little one.

Our path to the baby was very painful and long – if only we had chosen the “shortcut” and wonderful experience at Tambre!
After 3 miscarriages, several insemination attempts in Denmark and deep despair because apart from a very low egg reserve for my age and KIR type AA (which no one could/wanted to do anything with, Tambre, on the other hand, knew straight away and easily took this factor into account) nothing was found , we then looked into a clinic abroad in 2023. As a couple of women, we have to pay for everything ourselves anyway & research different clinics: everything seemed to fit with Tambre! The ratings were promising, the reputation was great and the conversation with the doctor Jana Bechthold was unusually sensitive, very informative and also helpful/reassuring in the sense that a specialist in immunology should be called in immediately to get another picture of all the blood values & put me on medication so that my body was really perfectly prepared for the pregnancy. In the summer of 2023 we flew over to have the preparations for ICSI made – we had decided on an egg donation/ROPA method. In this case my wife was hormonally stimulated. The eggs were then removed, fertilized, developed into blastocysts and then biopsied. During the whole time we were met with a lot of optimism and kind, personal words, so that we felt hopeful for the first time after 3 very stressful years. Regardless of whether it came from the doctors, the wonderful assistants – especially Helena – or the laboratory employees, there was so much positivity and great competence from everyone that we felt fantastically supported and well prepared.
We came back in the fall, all the values ​​were checked again and then the doctor inserted a “beautiful blastocyst” into me. She was right: the test was positive and a year after our first visit to Madrid we were able to hold our beautiful daughter in our arms! The entire time we were able to contact the clinic with all of our questions and always received specific information very quickly. Our special thanks go to Helena, who looked after us intensively and gave us a lot of courage and who has grown very dear to our hearts! Such humanity and warmth are unparalleled!

I would recommend Tambre Madrid, I felt very supported, the doctors were super friendly and professional. I had my first consultation at the Alicante clinic, if I was to do this experience again I would go straight to Madrid. I preferred having female doctors and I felt the communication was clearer for me. The staff here made a challenging experience as easeful as it could be.

I wrote a review 10 days ago explaining my case and the malpractice and treatment received. They respond to the review regretting what happened and assuring that they will contact me. Of course that communication has NOT occurred nor will it occur because all Tambre has to offer are very nice speeches but with hollow and empty words (as empty as the blastocyst they implanted in me to be able to collect it).
It will probably be the same automatic response for all negative reviews. A company slogan.
How angry it is to share such an intimate and traumatic experience with others and for the company, instead of acknowledging or asking for forgiveness, to give you a tirade learned and worn out from so much use. I hope that no one happens to or feels what happened to us and we feel. Look for other clinics.

After visiting and getting information from several clinics, we opted for Tambre because of the clarity with us and our situation, and the different options they offered us, always with a lot of information. Also Dr. Estefanía Moreno who gave us a lot of calm and confidence, in addition to her experience and support. Each person has their own needs and she always had the right measure of understanding and empathy with us in balance with her medical recommendations. The truth is that we found in your consultations the peace of mind that is so appreciated in a process as difficult as this.

With all this, today we are waiting for our baby who is developing healthy and strong. We are very happy and I hope this review helps to encourage other couples.

They are interested in money only in a very beautiful design, very kind treatment but for me it stops there. They decided to perform an artificial insemination on me, which failed of course, from the beginning I felt that this was not the treatment but with the hope you continue forward. I have visited another place after that and having a 3D echo, something they did not do here, has removed one of my problems and insemination is not the treatment I need. I underwent treatment with them in 2021. It took me three years to write this because they caused me emotional damage that I continue to deal with. I have been a patient of assisted reproduction for years, before coming across Tambre I had already done many treatments. I clearly explained my case and my circumstances and at first everything was very nice, once all the money was paid the treatment was horrible, I had never felt more dehumanized…they did not take into account how neither my partner nor I felt, they did not personalize the treatment, they made a transfer knowing that the blastocyst was not viable (in order to collect it), they were never honest, they did not offer emotional support of any kind…
I came from many failures and a great triumph in the SS but they always treated me well. However, in Tambre they treated me like a number and above all a lot of lies. After the treatment I raised my complaints and the CEO of the company was so insensitive to us, so impersonal… they really only care about money. How sad.

From my opinion and personal experience, I can only say that it is a clinic with a beautiful design, otherwise, there are thousands of clinics that are more honest and with equal or better results. Regarding the personalized attention according to what the clinic answers, I have to say that in my case I went through quite a few doctors at the clinic, and many had to read the file at the time of the consultation because they had no idea. Let’s be honest, they screwed up “to infinity and beyond”, the only one who was honest in the entire clinic was Monica from A.P.
Be careful with the documentation they provide (I hope they have changed their methodology) and that you sign it in front of witnesses. Everything is very nice when you have a dream, but it can turn into a nightmare with a court involved. Let me just say that the doctors involved had no qualms about cashing in and telling the truth in front of a judge.
