We had been wanting to make a decision for a long time, I waited until the treatment was finished to make the assessment. We chose them because of their good treatment, and after all the effort, thanks to their help we achieved our dream, being parents.

This Clinic is the worst option you can choose for fertility treatment. Very attentive and kind to convince you of everything they say, insistent so that you do the treatment with them once you pay them and sign, forget it, your luck is made. They never answer the phone, they call you when they feel like it, they cover up the lies between them, the Doctor is not very expert in these topics if we take a look at LinkedIn, he is a gynecologist who does not specialize in fertility treatments such as IVF, To perform the tests they send you to different places that they have an agreement with and never in the same clinic. I did 2 fertility treatments with them, which failed by the way, and when you ask them for more detailed things, they don’t even know how to explain it to you and they don’t have the slightest empathy with your case…I’m still waiting almost 6 months for them to send me the detailed results of my last treatment. of fertility with this Eva Clinic in Alcorcón and not a trace of it. In conclusion I would never do a treatment with them again, take a look at the reviews on the fertility pages that exist on Facebook, I am not the only one who says the same about this clinic.

SCAM. They are not trustworthy. They promise to give you your money back, but then they don’t deliver. They play with people’s feelings. Zero professionalism, beach bar under the protection of Dorsia. A shame.

They offer to refund your money if the treatment is not completed, but when that time comes they stop responding to the messages, very friendly as long as everything goes well, and when it goes wrong they disappear. I have been waiting for several months for the refund indicating the IVF treatment that I signed with this clinic and they only ignore me or drag their feet. I wish I had read the other reviews before starting with them. These treatments are very expensive, I have made a lot of effort to pay for it and on top of the displeasure that it goes wrong, you have to spend even more money on lawyers to get the refund of the unpaid part, because they require you to pay it in full to begin with. I feel cheated, not because the treatment went wrong, I know that can happen, but because they promised to refund the proportional money if any part of the treatment could not be carried out and they are not fulfilling it.

The review ratings were very good and we have undoubtedly made the right choice to start this process. We are delighted.

If it doesn’t matter, he only sends you medication so that you can spend what you don’t have. It seems very strong to me that you only want to return 600 euros for 4,000 euros paid for a treatment that you haven’t finished and for medication, 1,800 euros seems fair to you that you play. So with our illusions, totally disappointed with who we have to talk to so that you can give us a solution. Sheila doesn’t even call us anymore and she doesn’t answer before payment every day she calls you and then it’s impossible to talk to her, the gynecologist already sends you with the dates. It doesn’t seem fair to me to send you more medication, what you’ve done to us.

At first they assigned us an appointment for a specific day and time, finally they said that there had been an error and that they had to reassign us the time.
Finally, yesterday we went to our appointment at 7:45 p.m. where we gave our personal data and made the registration.
Well, after 45 minutes of waiting, they tell us that this afternoon there was an emergency and they were late. Can’t they notify us by phone before making us wait?
We finally left the clinic at 8:50 p.m. without having been attended to.
If this is what awaits me by hiring your services, don’t expect us to see each other again.
