After several years of trying to get pregnant, we decided to try assisted reproduction. After 3 minutes of the interview I already realized that they were not going to treat me, since the first thing they asked me was how much I weighed, to which after turning the tables they began to try to sell me a bariatric surgery, balloon, sleeve , pose, etc. It didn’t matter why I had gone, she was already clear that I was not valid for them and the only thing she tried was to sell me a method to lose weight. He didn’t ask me absolutely ANYTHING about my health, blood tests, fertility problems, tests I did, etc., nothing at all.
The treatment has been totally fatphobic and embarrassing. Having years of frustration and depression with the search for pregnancy to arrive at a clinic where the only thing that matters to them is your weight, trying to sell you the idea that the possibilities, risks, etc. are greatly reduced. Speech learned by heart that the only thing that achieved was that she left the clinic crying.

I don’t put negative stars because there aren’t any.
They don’t deal with patients, they look for ATMs.
Despite already coming back with processes, analytics, tests and the cost of each thing, they believe that you don’t know how everything is going and when they see that €8,000 is ahead without seeing us or having done any test, yes, having contributed all The ones we already have from the SS, you are not going to pay them for being pretty, they try to get money from you by charging analysis by analysis indicating a price well above the real price of each one.
Without having seen each other face to face, without having explained each point of the process step by step and without having signed a CONTRACT with an “includes” and “not included” and the MANDATORY consent for each of the analyzes and tests, it is call after call , whatsapp and email, at times that are not appropriate: PAY, PAY, PAY along with niceties that fit into humiliation and insults, along with desires for everything to go wrong.
Pure harassment that will end up in court.

To all of you who say that you are not attended to by phone or WhatsApp, it is because all the lines are saturated harassing potential ATMs who, without having set foot in the clinic, have already lost.
