I am very disappointed. I have been calling the Eva clinic in Murcia for a month, they take a note from the Dorsia clinic and no one returns my call. They tell me that they are under construction. I have called the headquarters and still no one has deigned to call me. This is the monitoring of patients and misinformation with this type of treatment. I’M STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR CONTACT ME. I hope for a prompt solution and adequate treatment.

Our experience with Clínicas Eva (Murcia) has been very disappointing. After a failed first attempt at insemination due to poor medication administration, we decided to give them a second chance, but the situation was even worse. Not only did they repeat the same mistakes in medication management, but there was also no adequate follow-up or clear guidance, which again put the process at risk.

The lack of communication with the team was alarming. Our concerns were ignored, and we felt a great lack of empathy and understanding at all times. The treatment was distant and unprofessional, which increased our frustration and anxiety in such a delicate process.

In short, the poor administration of the medication, along with terrible care after two failed attempts, has left us with an extremely negative experience. We do not recommend this company to those looking for a reliable and professional service on their fertility journey.

I cannot recommend it, they made many mistakes with the treatment of a family member and the truth is that everything was super unpleasant….

After going through this “clinic” that borders on illegality, Social Security finally called us. In the two subsequent punctures in La Arrixaca, 22 and 26 oocytes were removed, and in Eva there were 8. WEIRD, RIGHT? and even more knowing that I was younger than when I went to the S.S. And in the checks they did on Eva before the puncture, there were around 20 oocytes, and then they took out only 8?! THANKSGIVING IS WHAT THEY ARE. Knowing that they do business with egg donation, why would they pay the donors for them if they can take them for free from the person who undergoes a puncture? At the end of the day, there are only them in the operating room and no patient or companion knows what is happening inside. We are sedated during the puncture and our partner stays outside.
THEY DID EVERYTHING THAT COULD BE DONE WRONG: TRANSFER OF FRESH EMBRYOS KNOWING THAT THERE WAS HYPERSTIMULATION AND THAT IT COULD NOT BE DONE, NOT LETTING THE EMBRYOS ARRIVE ON DAY 5 (despite our insistence) AND VITRIFYING THEM ON DAY 3 WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION , PASSING A CLEANER TO OUR BOX RIGHT AFTER THE TRANSFER JUST WHEN I WAS GETTING THE NAKED PROGESTERONE OVUM, FALSE DATA…

We are already a large platform for those scammed and deceived by the Eva clinic (and they have good reviews based on false positive comments and not all the negative comments being published) And if they deceive in the comments you can imagine the rest …in my husband’s review we will tell our case. But come on, even if it were the last clinic in the world, I prefer to assume that I am left without being a mother.

I have been with them since 2019 and I am super delighted, great professionals and a very good team, especially Alicia, who is a sweetheart and knows what we need!

I would like to share my experience, a little over a month ago I went for a first visit, what you found was a small waiting room, the doctor’s office and the salesperson’s office, black walls, black glass and a gloomy appearance. a lot of carelessness and here the clinic ends, they don’t have a laboratory or operating rooms or anything, for that you have to travel (the first time I see a “clinic” like that, so to speak) the first visit is made by a salesperson who doesn’t It’s not even sanitary and she tells you what is best for you after payment…. Excuse me???? We talked about prices, and I was clear that I wouldn’t even get anything done there, because to my surprise it is supposedly a “low cost” center and it turns out that its prices are more expensive than other “real” clinics. All the people I know in this circle tell me They told me not to go, you are not going to get pregnant and you are going to spend money so that the owners can profit at the expense of many people’s dreams. I hope this comment can help other couples.

After visiting several clinics we found this one, a thousand tests, everything medications, we met Mari and Pepa, and they gave us all the confidence in the world to fulfill our dream there. after a failed puncture due to them, because according to what they told us, she had ovulated before, but it was not because of that, but because it fell on a weekend, they did not tell us anything about the eggs or any information. We decided to take some time and when we wanted to return Pepa was no longer there, and there was no way to talk to them, everything we always had to do was in Alicante. I hope this “cheap clinic” closes soon. I don’t know they deserve to have a single patient. Total disappointment and 0 professionalism.
