Amazing staff, very pleasant and calm environment. They treat you with such high respect and dignity which makes the whole process so much easier. I would highly recommend to anyone needing any form of fertility treatment or care.

Care Fertility Leeds, were very good in our experience from our first introduction right through to what was our successful outcome. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Each step of the process we were involved in over a period of time we were made to feel at ease, with great communication, wether it was face to face on site, phone calls, emails or online discussions. We found this invaluable.

We would certainly recommend Care Fertility to anyone else who faces the same situation.

Our journey with Care fertility Leeds was amazing. We felt as though we were in safe hands right from the very first zoom call with the consultant Mr Rutherford. All of the staff were really friendly amd helpful and always there if you needed to ask any questions. Although we were NHS referrals we were never made to feel less important. Thank you

We had a great experience with Care Fertility and would definitely recommend them. I remember the receptionist being so lovely, which felt super important when you’re feeling a bit nervous. Every nurse/doctor/medical professional that we met were kind and considerate and made the whole journey feel easier. Everything was explained to us, it was easy to speak with people when I had questions and we were called when we were told we would be. We were very lucky to have our beautiful baby at the end of our IVF journey and are very grateful to everyone at Care Fertility for helping us build our little family.

The worst service ever. They lie and just act like they are helping you!! Made me wait years with a bunch of excuses and when i tried to chase up they ignored me! Pathetic

My sister had an appointment with the sonograoher on Thursday 2nd May around 11 ish the lady was called Shiralee my sister was nervous prior to the appointment. The sonograoher was rude no hello not warm or welcoming in conversation. and made comments as ohh your Ovaries are very small. Considering my sister has paid £500 and she has walked away feeling Upset , traumatised and anxious the results were discussed with her today over the phone! Mental health is on the rise what are you doing to support my sister From the terrible service your staff has given , we submitted a complaint nobody has followed up with her! As a matter of urgency I suggest somebody does, others I will be reporting to HEFA

We had our fertility treatment at Care Fertility Leeds, my partner & I had been trying for a baby for years however I had a tumour on the pituitary gland in my head which was making me infertile.
Before they operated on the tumour, they decided to try the IVF route as starting a family was important to us.
Every appointment we had whether it was via zoom and in the clinic, we always left feeling very reassured, as felt all areas were being covered to give us the best possible outcome, despite the endless obstacles we faced on our journey (cysts, low sperm mobility, low follicle count…)
We had one round of IVF, and only one fertilised egg, and I am over the moon to say I am 16 weeks pregnant today with our precious, miracle, little care bear.
My partner & I cannot thank Care Fertility enough for making our dreams come true, we never thought this would happen to us, and this was all down to the team at Care. Thank you all so so much.

I have had excellent service at the fertility clinic at seacroft i cannot recommend this place enough. Mr Rutherford is just amazing and all his team. Mr Rutherford tells it like it his and with that he helped me have 2 amazing children i cannot thank the clinic enough thank you for making my dreams come true the whole experience was just so good feom the first appointment to the discharging from them.
