“Disappointed with Baby Joy: Forced Payment, Poor Communication, and No Refund”

I and my husband visited Baby Joy for the first time and incorporated Dr. And Receptionist ..
They are forcing me to do payment for registration..
I did the payment but due to some reason I didn’t want the treatment when I called reception for refund my money .. they denied and said money is non refundable.
We neither knew nor were we told that the I and my husband visited Baby Joy for the first time.
Dr. is saying that your payment is for booking but I didn’t get refund or booking receipt for my payment…

BAD SERVICE..BE AWARE
