Totally disappointed, my sister did IVF over here but negative, doctor is very money minded she didn’t even guide properly, nor she checked the uterus line before doing IVF, Very bad service, staff behaviour is also very bad no proper communication,
don’t waste your money, I know the pain of those parents who don’t have a baby, so I did my IVF at CK birla ,I got positive result for the sake of God…my only request to this centre pls understand the feelings of a parent and give proper service, specifically I am telling Gurgaon branch staffs are very bad behaviour, especially front office Ms Geeta…she doesn’t know how to behave….

No proper communication, cooperation, all are very arrogance except 1-2 members, Dr Garima is very money minded, I never seen a doctor like this, she had wasted our money, she had not checked the uterus line before doing the IVF, randomly doing IVF…my request pls don’t play with the emotion s of a parent..pls refund our money..my sister did a very hardwork to arrange those money…if you really want to refund our money then provide your contact number I will call .
