Access Fertility

Phone call out of the blue after 3yrs. Totally gave me the wrong information that has caused extreme upset.
They weren’t nice in the first place and I can not recommend them

My experience with Access Fertility was very pleasant. They provide information which i needed and explained it clearly. Using the multi package, put me on ease knowing that i could try again. Thankfully i didn’t needed to because i got pregnant on the first cycle i used. I will recommend them to any of my friends or family who might be considering using IVF treatment. The cost was within reason. Thanks to Access fertility and the clinic staff, i have my little boy today and thank for the beautiful teddy they sent him.

The concept is very welcome in an otherwise hostile field where finance meets a situation so personal. The staff at Access Fertility are really very good – always willing to take the time and talk you through any points of query. We will wait to see if the treatment works but our minds are now at ease because the finance is taken care of before commencing our journey. So far, the only improvement they could make is if they started accepting Amex!

My husband and I found Access Fertility really helpful in our successful journey to become parents. We found the application process was very easy and convenient. The thing we particularly liked was the availability of a payment plan where you can pay for three cycles up front with a refund option if unsuccessful. I believe that having this in place helped us relax a bit and aided us in making our treatment successful. In these times when it is almost impossible to get funding for fertility treatment on the NHS it gives people the chance to make their dreams of becoming a parent come true.

I used Access Fertility to have our beautiful second little miracle baby. They were amazing throughout the whole process. Everything was explained in fine detail and all the team were extremely helpful and made what is a very emotional and stressful journey as smooth and easy as possible. We would not hesitate to use Access Fertility again, should we ever be in the financial position to do so. Lovely, compassionate team who have that ‘personal’ touch with their clients! We were taken back by their lovely gesture of a beautiful teddy bear for our little princess when she was born and a hand written card, sending their Congratations and well wishes! Offering excellent IVF programmes for patients to take the worry away from the finance side of it. Great option for people to choose prior to starting their treatments. We highly recommend.

Great experience with access, easy to understand and whenever we phoned they explained clearly. We got a loan from our bank as it was a better interest rate however the program we choose worked well for us and gave us peace of mind. Having tried for 7 years to have a baby we finally have one and this was made so much easier for us by access fertility and care at Nottingham.
